Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between you and Customer CareLine Ltd. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Customer CareLine Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide personal customer-advocacy services to private members in the UK.
2. Your membership
Membership entitles you to unlimited reasonable personal use of our customer-advocacy service, subject to our fair usage policy. We do not act on behalf of businesses unless agreed in writing.
3. What we do (and don't do)
We act as your authorised representative when contacting third-party companies. We do not provide legal, financial, medical or regulated advice.
4. Authorisation
You authorise us to speak on your behalf to companies you nominate. Some companies may require additional verbal or written authorisation from you directly.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Liability
We use reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from third-party companies. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
