Our story
It started with a 2 hour 47 minute hold.
Our founder spent almost three hours trying to resolve a £42 billing error for his elderly mother. After being transferred six times, disconnected twice and asked to "just try the app", he realised something obvious: the system isn't broken — it's designed this way. To wear you down. To make you give up.
