Pricing
Membership is billed monthly at £29.99. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Fair usage
Membership is intended for reasonable personal customer-service needs. We may contact you if your usage is materially higher than typical members.
What's included
Unlimited support requests, phone advocacy, complaint handling, escalations, billing disputes, refund chasing, subscription cancellations, and more.
What's not included
Legal representation, financial advice, regulated work, or services on behalf of a business.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
